Receiving August 11th Friday and Saturday August 12th Noon to three PM. Pick up will be September 15-17, 2023. All pieces must remain the entire length of the exhibit. Arrangements may be made for early or later pick up by contacting Judy Milsaps - email her at .judith5886@gmail.com

All media. Please remember to take a photo of your artwork before framing and email that image to Judy Milsaps (email above).

Please note all hanging pieces must have wire on back.

Work must have been completed in the last five years, must be your original work and not completed in a class or with the help of the instructor.

We will not accept art work with lewd or violent content.

Limit 3 entries per person, and an entry 40 inches or larger in any dimension counts as two entries.
