About This Workshop
Attention artists! Elevate your creative journey with 'Brushstrokes and Hashtags: The Art of Social Media Marketing.' Join our class to discover how to effectively promote your art through social media. From capturing your artistic process on camera to leveraging strategic hashtags, we'll guide you step-by-step in harnessing the power of social media platforms. Connect with a vibrant community of fellow artists and learn practical techniques to expand your online presence. Whether you're a young creator or a seasoned artist looking for new ways to expand your audience, this class is designed for you! Follow TRA’s social media, where we’ll provide tips and tricks, but you have to sign up for our class to unlock the full potential of our social media class. Supplies:
Bring a cell phone with recording capabilities or photographic device.
Cost
$20 for TRA Members, $25 for Non-Members, if paid by cash or check. If paid online, a convenience change has been added to the price. If you want to pay online, click on the link that says “starting at $22.50”. If you are paying by cash or check, please click on the link below that says “Click here to register and pay at the center” with a $0 cost to register and then mail your check to TRA.
If you are registering for the workshop with the pay at the center option, please make sure that you click the cart that appears at the upper right hand corner of your screen and complete the registration process. The registration process will include a zero dollar payment. You must complete the registration process or your registration will not be complete, and we will not know that you are planning on being in the workshop. About the Instructors
Danielle Ronzo — My name’s Danielle! An artist, digital enthusiast, and passionate advocate for creative growth. With a background in graphic design, digital art, and photography, I've developed a keen eye for visual storytelling and creating impactful experiences. Currently pursuing my masters in Social and Emerging Media, I'm passionate about exploring the dynamic world of digital communication. I'm dedicated to helping individuals unlock their creative potential and discover new possibilities within themselves. By leveraging the power of social media, I can empower artists to reach new heights and connect with a larger audience.
Shawna Zamiri — Shawna Zamiri is a social media manager that produces and manages content on multiple social media sites such as, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Shawna has received her MBA degree from the University of South Florida where she took classes that helped her broaden her education in marketing and business practices. From there, she was able to use her expertise to create engaging content for beauty and fashion brands that have been seen by millions. She is currently on the social media committee for the Tampa Regional Artists where she creates and manages posts to spread the TRA’s presence in the Tampa Bay community. Shawna can’t wait to teach artists how to build their own personal brand on social media in the July Demo!
