How to enter a TRA show:

  1. Fill out the TRA Exhibit Entry Form and click submit to enter.

    • Limit of 3 entries per artist.

    • A work, 40” and larger in a single dimension will charged as if it were two entries. You may enter 1 oversize work and 1 smaller work to count toward the limit of 3 entries (and pay at the 3 entries fee amount).

    • All work entered must have a price on them in order to be judged.

  2. Email images in jpeg form, link provided after submission completed. Images will be for use on our social media platforms, newsletter and other promotional materials for TRA. Artists retain all rights to work.

  3. Pay fees online by clicking Pay Entry Fee(s) at the bottom of this page OR pay at art drop-off. We accept, cash, check and credit card at receiving.

    • Select the appropriate fee to match your membership status and quantity of entries.

    • For example, a Member paying for one entry would select Member - 1 Entry and pay $10. A non-Member wanting to submit an oversize entry (40” and over in a single dimension) would select Non-Member - 2 Entries (or 1 Oversize Entry) and pay $30.

  4. Bring in your ready to hang wired piece(s) to the art center on one of our receiving days, confirm your entry information with us, and pay for your entry (if you didn’t already do so online). We are located at 705 W. Swann Ave. Tampa FL, 33606.

    • Please no saw tooth hangers. They do not work with our hanging system.

    • Unframed canvases must have finished painted sides.

    • 3-D sculptures do not need to hang but if they do (for example metal wall hangings or stained glass) they need to be affixed with proper hanging wire.
